FULL BESPOKE PLANNER PACKAGE

If you need us to plan everything from start to finish, tailoring your wedding creatively around you and your partner, then this is package for you. Included in the full service is::

• 6-8 consultation meetings.
• A Wedding Planner to become the central point of contact between you and all suppliers (holding site visits when necessary.)
• Sourcing best price quotes.
• Creative Consultation.
• Design and dressing of the space(s).
• Creation of wedding timelines, set-up and event schedules.
• Liaising with the venue, bar and catering team.
• Supervision of set-up.
• Coordinating your wedding on the day from ceremony to reception.

MID-RANGE PACKAGE

If you already have strong ideas in mind and just need occasional assistance (i.e. it’s a case of Alternative Weddings MCR advising throughout the planning stages and sourcing certain things, contacting people if you get stuck or are unsure etc) then this might be more helpful. This includes ::

• 4 Consultations
• Creative Consultation.
• Design and dressing of the space(s).
• Advice and assistance sourcing quotes and recommending suppliers when needed.
• Creation of wedding timelines and set-up and event schedules.
• Coordinating your wedding on the Day.

‘ON-THE-DAY COORDINATOR’ PACKAGE

If you are confident that you can set everything up yourselves and are looking for someone to simply hand over to when things are in full swing then this package is ideal ::

•  Handover meeting 1 month – 2 weeks before the wedding to check everything is in place.
• Dressing of the space(s)
• Liaising with the venue, bar and catering team on the day.
• Creation of wedding timelines, set-up and event schedules.
• Coordinating your wedding on the Day.
